To use this service please type your unique User Name, PIN and the first letter or letters of the surname where you want your search to start in the boxes below and push the 'Show Claims List' button ONCE. A list of all claims in alphabetical order will appear. When the correct claim is located the complete history of that claim can be seen by selecting 'details'.
